Mix 1 kg chicken with 250g chopped onion, 150g tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup water. Cook without oil (or optionally saute in a little oil before cooking the chicken) until done. Add 3 tablespoons Tradimix Chicken Masala and curry leaves; boil for 5 minutes. Finally, temper with coconut pieces, shallots, dried red chilli and curry leaves sauteed in a little oil and add to the curry.

Cook 50g of dal with a pinch of turmeric powder in 800ml of water. Add 300g of cut vegetables of your choice, salt & tamarind water as required, cook till vegetables are half done. Add 50g of Tradimix sambar powder and drumstick, boil for 3 minutes. Add ladies' finger and curry leaves, cook till done. Temper with mustard, fenugreek, garlic, red chillies and curry leaves.

To 200g black chickpeas (soaked overnight), add 75g chopped onion, 50g tomato, turmeric powder, salt to taste and 3.5 teacups of water. Cook until the chickpeas are soft (or optionally saute in a little oil before cooking the chickpeas). Then add 2 tablespoons Tradimix Curry Masala and curry leaves and boil until the curry thickens as desired. Finally, temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, coconut pieces and dried red chillies sautéed in a little oil and add to the curry.

Mix 1kg meat, 250g chopped onion, 150g tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, 4 tablespoons Tradimix Meat Masala, salt to taste and 2 teacups of water. Cook in a pressure cooker until done (or optionally saute in a little oil before cooking the meat). Boil until the gravy thickens. Finally, temper with coconut pieces, dried red chillies and curry leaves sauteed in a little oil and add to the curry.
